M4's played against current unbeaten side in the league MBDA and knew it was going to be our sternest test to date. With a CB in the form of returning player Tony Farnan with Graham Spicer and debutant Chris Niewdach as RB and LB respectively Stevenage started well, however, could not contain the pace of MBDA's frontline and were caught out by 2 early goals. Stevenage, however, settled well for the remaining half with good passes from Chris Niewdach to Jon Parker in left midfield and Leon Harvey running well in right midfield. Returning from injury player Sam Baisel and Amey Salvi in CM tried their best to create chances for the front forward of Simon Russell and RW and LW of Joe Gore and Alex Lake as best they could and we went into the half time break of no more goals conceded. After half time Chris was moved into LM with Ike Bailey playing as LB. Stevenage battled well defending numerous pacey attacks from MBDA and numerous PC's and despite the 7 - 0 scoreline in the end there were encouraging performances from everyone in the team as the season progresses.....star player of the match Leon Harvey
